Terms and conditions of use

• Online orders are only valid for 3 working days, during which time proof of payments must have reached us by email to confirm proof of intent to purchase. 

• Any orders still open without proof of payment after 3 working days will be cancelled and deemed to be cancelled

• All quotation are valid for 14 days, unless specific time constraints are listed on the quotation documentation

• 100% payment upfront is required following order placement. No partial payments will be accepted

• Payments may be made via electronic bank transfer or through the linked PAYFAST system that is offered on order confirmation.

• Goods will be released,  once  monies reflect in our bank account, and the required goods have been assembled in our offices to the specifications of the order in question. 

•  All materials and equipment supplied and installed remain the sole property of Relax Security and Relax Security reserve the right of withdrawal and removal of all equipment until such time as full and final settlement of all outstanding amounts has been effected.

• Relax Security will not be held liable for any damage to property, consequential damages, losses or bodily injury.

•  Please allow for 5 days delivery time, once we confirm that your goods are out on delivery

• The onus to insure the goods - in - transit, rests on the Purchaser, to arrange.  An option to request insurance can be quoted for on all purchase options.
